How do I get from the train station to the festival?

The train station is a ten-minute drive from the festival site. There a number of local taxi providers who you can book with, including but not limited to:

Can I camp by my car?
-
You cannot camp by your car. Luckily the campsite is less than a ten-minute walk away from the car park, keeping things nice and close.

Do I need to buy a separate car park pass?
-
Yes. If you are driving you will need to purchase a car park pass for each vehicle. You can grab these from our ticketing website. They cost £10 + booking fee.

Can I bring my campervan?
-
Yes you can. There will be a designated campervan park up area. Please note all campervan pitches are on grass and there are no power hook-ups. You will need to purchase a campervan pass from our ticketing website. These cost £20 + booking fee.

Is there a power hook-up for my van?

No. The site cannot provide power hook ups for your campervan.

How far is the campsite from the main stages and the car park?

Campsite is a few minutes walk away from the main music areas and less than ten minutes from the car park.

Can I have a fire at the campsite?
-
No. Fires are only permitted in the designated areas on-site. These will be provided and organised by our site crew.

Can I bring the kids?
-
The site operates a strict 5 and under policy when it comes to children. As it is a working farm all children must be supervised at all times. Any children over 5 and under 18 are not permitted on site.

I’m under 18, can I buy a ticket?

No, sorry! This is an 18+ event.

Can I bring my dog?
-
No. As this is a working farm no dogs or pets are allowed.

Do I need to exchange my ticket for a wristband?
-
Yes. On arrival you will need to head to the box office, where you will exchange your ticket for a wristband. It is important that you keep your wristband on at all times over the weekend.

Can I buy a day ticket?

No. This a full weekend event and we are unable to offer day tickets.

Does my ticket include camping?
-
Yes. All our festival tickets come with access to our beautiful campsite.

I don’t want to stay on-site, are there hotels nearby?
-
Yes. The site is just a 10-minute drive from Abergavenny, where there is range of accommodation options, including a Premier Inn and local B&Bs.

Are all the tickets the same price?
-
No. Our tickets are tiered, with each tier increasing in price. Get your ticket soon to ensure the best price!

Are there concession tickets for those on low-income?

Yes. These are available by emailing us with the subject line ‘Concession Ticket Request’’ at: shuffleydaze@outlook.com

Are tickets refundable?

No, but you are welcome to sell your ticket on to a friend.

Will tickets be available on the gate?
-
No. All tickets need to be purchased online and in advance of the event.

When does the festival open and when does the music start?
-
The gates open at midday on Friday, with the music kicking off at 2pm.

Will the set-times be shared in advance?

Yes a full schedule with stage splits and set times will be shared at least 4 weeks before the festival. Keep an eye on our socials!

When does the music start and finish each day?

Friday 2pm - 4am

Saturday 11am - 5am

Sunday 11:30am - 2am

Will there be hot food available on site?

Yes. There is an excellent on-site food stall serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, and hot drinks and snacks in between.

Are vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free meals available?

Yes. There are veggie, vegan and gluten free options to cater for all diets, alongside meats reared on the farm.

Will there be places to fill up my water bottle?

Yes. There are plenty of taps available on-site, both in the campsite and in the main music areas.

Can I get cash out at the festival?
-
No. Please bring any required cash with you.

Can I pay by card for my food and drinks?

Yes you can.

Is there a lost property?
-
Any lost items will be handed into staff and crew and stored at Production.

I lost something at the festival, how do I get it back?

Can I leave my rubbish lying around?

Absolutely not! Respect for the farm and the land is a key ethos of Shuffley Daze. Recycling Bins are provided across the site and your belongings must be taken home with you after the festival. Love the farm, leave no trace.

Can I bring glass?

No. As this is a working farm all drinks in glass must be decanted into other containers.

What can’t we bring?
-
Fascist views, drugs, fireworks or other explosives, generators, glass, tin foil barbecues and weapons are all not permitted.

Are there any showers on-site?
-
Yes. There are lovely warm showers in the campsite, complete with Lush eco soaps and shampoos.

Where can I charge my phone?
-
There are no charging points available to the public on-site. Please bring your own power banks.

What if I can’t arrive during box office opening hours?
-
